At Mount CrossFit, we provide a few different options for our membership to suit different lifestyles and needs. We’ll talk to you about what this looks like for you and how you can get the most out of your membership.
There are no terms or sign-up fees, with 2 weeks notice required for cancellations or holds (up to 4 weeks annually).
Attend 3x CrossFit classes per week.
Giving you access to all classes, the weightlifting floor and open gym.
Access to our olympic lifting floor and training with the weightlifters.
Drop In whenever it suits you for CrossFit, Open Gym and Weightlifting.
Check out our gym with a 3D virtual tour. This tour allows you to explore the facility and see all the equipment and amenities available from the comfort of your own home. You can take a look at our spacious workout areas, weightlifting platforms, cardio machines, and more.

We are an olympic weightlifting club that focuses primarily on improving the technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and related lifts. Our programs can both supplement your regular CrossFit training or can be a stand-alone program to improve your weightlifting.
