Programming For Athletes

Welcome to Team RXA

We have been sending individuals and teams to the CrossFIt Regionals longer then any other gym or fitness system in New Zealand, we have also helped high level rugby players, squash players, bodybuilders, and many more reach their goals.

Programming is super important if you want to succeed as an athlete, in any sporting code. Our teams number one goal is to take your training to the next level, you need personal programming that is tailored to developing you as an athlete. Our aim is to take people of all abilities and build them to a competitive level, this level will be different for everyone and we build each athlete differently depending on their weaknesses. The training is completely interactive with the trainers and training can be changed to fit around everyones different lifestyles.
